Employee development

Employee development is an administrative personnel support service, which offers the staff of the university the possibility to develop professionally and supports the individuals at the university in work community related improvement. The goal of this operation is to develop the intellect, skills and attitude of the staff, so that it can keep up with the current times as well as the development in the changing future. Employee development is distributed into two divisions at the university: general employee development and educational development.
